My latest discovery are Green & Black's Organic chocolates - this year's best discovery! One of the best bars I have had in a while are their Dark 85% and Dark 75% chocolate bars. It's a mixture of sweet and a little salty, soft and dark due to the Madagascan organic vanilla that it contains.
