Harley’s Breakfast Smoothie
Ingredients:
5 raw almonds
1 red apple
1 banana
3/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
1/2 cup nonfat milk
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Directions:
Super simple-- all you need to do is combine all ingredients in a blender, Vitamix, or food processor, and blend until you reach your desired consistency.
