I have blogged about EatMe Cookies before, but they have a brand new product that I am totally digging.
It's their new Eggless Egg Salad, which is fabulous because it's vegan, gluten-free and
oil-free, and without any preservatives that traditional egg salads have. You can use this spread on crackers, bread, vegetables or anything your heart desires. Trust me, this doesn't taste like any old vegan egg salad, it's to die for. It's rich, creamy and everything that egg salad should be.
